What counts as a "location"?
A location is one physical address where your business operates. For example, a cafe in Vilnius + a cafe in Kaunas = two locations. Each location has its own schedules, POS connections, and analytics.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately: if you upgrade, you get new features the same day. If you downgrade, your current cycle finishes and the new plan starts on the next cycle.
How is procurement OCR overage charged?
Pro includes 25 invoices per location per month at €0.35/invoice above the quota. Elite includes 50 and €0.25/invoice overage. Core has procurement as a paid addon: €0.35 per processed invoice.
What happens if I exceed the free signature quota?
You can buy addon packs: 25 signatures for €19, 50 for €35, 100 for €55. Packs do not expire. Your monthly quota resets on the first day of each month.
What languages are supported?
Backoffice supports Lithuanian and English in both the user interface and documents. Each employee can choose their preferred language.
Can I cancel anytime?
