Backoffice 1.3.0
A new task workspace, document templates, clearer budget reports, faster pages, and important fixes.
This release focuses on simpler everyday work and greater reliability. Here is what changed.
Tasks
New features
The new workspace brings tasks, projects, and saved views together in one place.
Open task details, attachments, and assigned roles without leaving your list.
Create recurring tasks, update several tasks at once, and work from dedicated project pages.
Changes
The default task view opens faster.
Changes appear immediately and are saved automatically in the background.
Bug fixes
Recurring tasks now keep the correct calendar date in every time zone.
Edited recurrence rules are preserved, and deleted tasks in a recurring series no longer reappear.
Documents
New features
Create and edit reusable document templates directly in Backoffice.
Template fields can fill in employee and company information automatically, including correctly formatted Lithuanian dates.
Changes
Document creation now follows the same flow from the Documents page and employee profiles.
Bug fixes
Word imports keep multilevel list numbering more accurately.
Long tables flow across pages more reliably.
Budgets
New features
Budget categories can be marked as income or expenses and classified automatically from accounting mappings.
A new report grid shows the year, actual results, plans, and variances in one view.
Changes
A positive variance now means a favourable result for both income and expenses.
Bug fixes
Custom-row formulas and yearly totals now calculate correctly.
Actual results now include transactions from the last calendar day of the month.
Work schedules
Changes
The schedule overview opens faster.
The unconfirmed-hours step before PDF export is simpler.
Bug fixes
PDF exports display Lithuanian characters correctly and use employees’ full names.
A deleted shift template’s title can now be reused.
Sales data and motivation
Changes
Motivation transaction counts and average transaction values now include non-fiscalised orders. Some leaderboard results may increase by about 7%.
Actual sales in work schedules may increase slightly because they now include the same orders.
Bug fixes
Sales sync now retries after temporary write failures, includes shifts closed overnight, and handles daylight-saving changes correctly.
Syrve connections with invalid credentials now pause automatically after 12 hours instead of retrying continuously.
General improvements
Changes
The dashboard, billing, tasks, work schedules, and budget reports show useful information sooner.
Switching between organisations is faster.
Bug fixes
Private and custom billing plans now appear correctly.
The sidebar now highlights the correct page.
Permission checks for employee analytics have been strengthened.
Backoffice 1.3.0 is live. Nothing needs to be installed.
